The Print Center is located in Coffman Student Union to provide digital printing, copying, and specialty printing services in a convenient and cost-effective format. Our range of services have been specifically designed to meet the unique needs of University departments. All it takes is an easy call, a quick click, or a short campus walk to have all of your digital printing and copying needs quickly completed by our professional staff.

Convenience on Campus

Our experienced staff are prepared to recommend the most cost-effective type of printing and to help choose the most appropriate paper from our extensive list of house stocks.

But if you never see the inside of the Print Center, we’re OK with that too. Submitting files electronically is a simple, pain-free process. E-mail your project to the Center or submit large files online. We’ll print and deliver your project right to your office—and on-campus delivery is always free!

Our focus is always on the University of Minnesota. As a result, our services have been tailored to address the unique challenges faced by University departments. We are constantly evaluating the ever-changing communications needs of our University partners, and as a result, we’re able to quickly adjust to provide printing services that are most useful to departments at the U.

Valuable Pricing Structure

Our rates are set to provide the most economical option possible for University departments. Standard departmental pricing for all services meets, or in many cases, beats standard industry rates—and custom services and add-ons are always provided at a minimal expense. You’ll never be hit with hidden fees or surprise expenses.

The University’s Enterprise Financial System (EFS) is typically the most convenient method of payment for University departments. However, if EFS billing is not ideal, the Print Center also accepts cash, check, credit card, and Gopher GOLD™ value.
